About the ROI CX Act Now Scholarship

That’s why we created the ROI CX Act Now Scholarship — to invest in the future of customer care. We award this scholarship twice a year to college and university undergraduates who demonstrate a commitment to improving customer experiences and to their education.

By supporting the next generation of professionals in any field of study, we hope to cultivate leaders who will elevate the standards of customer service and contribute positively to the industries they choose.

Who’s Eligible?

  • All college and university undergraduate students currently enrolled in an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university
  • All fields of study
  • U.S. citizens

Deadlines

If you meet the eligibility criteria for our scholarship, please note these important deadlines.

Fall Semester

11:59 PM MST on Tuesday, July 1, 2025

Spring Semester

11:59 PM MST on Monday, December 1, 2025

Scholarship Amount

$2,500 to one winner each semester (fall and spring)

Application Process

To apply, students must submit a brief video of three minutes or less responding to the topic below to [email protected]. Be sure to include your:

  • First and last name
  • College or university name
  • Phone number
  • Proof of enrollment

Official enrollment verification can typically be obtained through the registrar’s office and emailed to [email protected].

Essay Topic

In your video submission, please respond to the following prompt:

  • Please provide your insights on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping the customer experience. In your response, discuss how AI is transforming the customer journey and the potential impacts it may have on customer interactions and satisfaction.

Scholarship Rules

The $2,500 ROI CX Act Now Scholarship will be awarded to two students annually. Here are some rules to be aware of:

  1. Fund disbursement: The funds will be sent to the school’s financial aid office prior to the start of the semester.
  2. Use restrictions: The awarded funds must be spent on tuition, fees, school supplies, or other education-related expenses.
  3. One-time winning basis: Selected winners are granted a one-time scholarship and may not reapply. Students who are not selected may apply again for future semesters.

Basic information disclosure: Winners grant ROI CX the right to share their name, school, year in school, portrait, and any submitted scholarship assets on its website and on social media channels.

Selection Process

The ROI CX Scholarship Committee will select one winner for each fall and spring semester. We’ll announce the winner no more than two weeks after the submission deadline and notify them via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time, our committee will extend the offer to the next runner-up.
