Newsweek, together with Statista, recently released their 2024 Best Customer Service list, which recognizes brands across 166 categories that “go above and beyond to make their customers feel special.”
Final results are awarded based on a consumer survey of more than 30,000 U.S. consumers who have made purchases or used services from the evaluated brands within the past three years.
The survey asks respondents to rate retailers and providers on the basis of:
- Quality of communication
- Professional competence
- Range of services
- Customer focus
- Accessibility and availability
- Likelihood of recommendation
Forbes released their list of Best Customer Service Brands based on an online survey of over 4.2 million ratings of more than 3,000 unique brands. The study was done in partnership with data analytics company HundredX.
